    From start until completion, I found the act of creating a Will to be extremely simple and painless which is the opposite of my preconceived anxiety!     I could not describe enough in words how amazing and professional Jessica and Phil from Fiona Bruce are. From the point I engaged their services they helped me navigate complex legal processes (including transfer of equity that included Help-to-Buy) and explained to me every step of the way what would happened and what needed to be done. Even at points were I seemed hysterical, Jessica and Phil were there and responded efficiently (email and phone calls) to my (sometimes endless) inquiries.
