Excellent Communication and Support Throughout My First House Purchase
Jade was absolutely fantastic throughout my house purchase and I genuinely could not have asked for a better solicitor. As a first-time buyer, the process was naturally stressful at times but Jade was consistently calm, professional, reassuring and incredibly proactive from start to finish. Communication throughout was excellent. Jade was always quick to respond, kept me regularly updated and took the time to explain everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. I never once felt like I was chasing for information or asking too many questions, which made a huge difference during what can be a very overwhelming process. What really stood out was her organisation, attention to detail and determination to keep things moving, especially towards the end of the transaction when timelines became tight. Despite a number of complications outside of our control, Jade worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep everything on track and gave me confidence throughout the entire process. I honestly don’t think the purchase would have gone as smoothly as it did without her support and persistence. I would absolutely recommend Jade to anyone purchasing a property and would happily use her again in the future. Thank you again Jade, I really appreciate everything you’ve done!
