House Sale
I recently sold my late mother’s house and I have nothing but good things to say about this firm and specifically our lawyer Charlotte. I received a first class service throughout the process and Charlotte (and Haley in her absence) were always available, quick to respond and proactive in pushing the sale along so we could complete as soon as possible. The buyers solicitor was particularly awkward, challenging and slow but Charlotte managed this effectively and efficiently. I would highly recommend this firm and I will definitely use them again in future.

Professional conveyancing with excellent communication.
I’ve used Angela Viney twice now, once to buy a property 5 years ago and once to sell. On both occasions, the service has been exceptional. Communication has always been on point, and if issues arise with the conveyancing you are always the first to know, and are also informed on how it will be dealt with. They work at a great pace and go above and beyond to ensure top quality service.
I’ve primarily dealt with Jack, who is no longer at the firm, however whenever speaking to Charlotte and Haley regarding my conveyancing, they have always been exceptionally helpful and prompt with communication.
You know that you’re being looked after when dealing with Angela Viney Conveyancing.

Helpful and efficient service!
The firm dealt with both our sale and purchase. Everything was concluded within the timescales we had required and with very limited fuss. Although we are in no rush to move again, we would happily use Viney's services again.
