The price for the work undertaken was cheaper by £400 compared to the competition. The staff are all pleasant and helpful especially on reception. They made rudimentary mistakes especially in the final billing ( failed to take into account deposit paid? ). Another annoying thing was passing my file to another member of staff then they promptly went on holiday for two weeks. Never delegated the work in their absence and further delayed completion by another two weeks. They need to sharpen up their act but they are value for money and all staff pleasent to work with.

Annie and Darren were excellent to deal throughout the whole house buying/conveyancing experience. We had excellent communications, everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently, we had a great open communications so I could ask anything and I'd get open, helpful and supportive answers. I found the whole process stress free and we got the whole house sale process from seeing the property to exchange, completion and getting the key's wrapped up in just over 10 weeks. Which is excellent and show how great Annie & Darren have been.

I came to this company after some issues with my previous conveyancer. I was struck by their prompt, friendly and clear first communication. I was connected to Darren and his team for the conveyancing and all was sorted out smoothly and efficiently, and always in a friendly and responsive way.
