Timothy. In response to your review: As you are well aware, your case became more complex as it progressed, as is unfortunately often the way with this type of family proceeding. The escalating factors were all beyond the control of your solicitor. You were kept up to date with cost increases and estimates throughout the case and agreed at each stage. We appreciate you were unhappy with the outcome of your case and understand your frustration. However, you did not raise any concern about the advice or service you were receiving at any stage throughout the lengthy proceedings. The first notification we had that you were displeased with the service you received was over a year after we had acted for you, in response to an email from our accounts department. As per your recent correspondence with us, our complaints partner has thoroughly reviewed your file and found no grounds for complaint.
