Hayley Bundey is a Senior Consultant Solicitor who works in association with Slee Blackwell. She has specialised in inheritance and trusts litigation throughout her career and has extensive experience in this specialist area of work, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975, challenges to the validity of wills, claims to set aside lifetime gifts/transfers (including pursuit of complex civil fraud claims), and trust & executor disputes. She also has extensive expertise in beneficial interest cases, such as proprietary estoppel, TOLATA claims, and family farming disputes, in which she has a keen interest.     Hayley Bundey review

    As a lawyer from another jurisdiction acting as an executor, trying to play a neutral role, after being dragged into contentious probate litigation, I was so relieved at Hayley’s involvement. She identified a very technical improper service defence, which most would have missed. Professional; proactive; attentive to detail; and empathetic during an extremely stressful period when I was being personally threatened with costs. I didn’t need to instruct counsel. And the conclusion was highly satisfactory.

    Excellent support provided
