Deborah was quite professional and nice, very direct so it was easy to understand everything she explained to me. We did everything through the phone and e-mail which made things a bit difficult because of miscommunication with the office sometimes but apart from that Deborah was Amazing with the little time we had to get our document reviewed and done. Lisa at the office was lovely as well.

With a multitude of serious life changing issues I contacted Lisa at Pharaoh Law Solicitors & Mediator, to get advice on my issues. Firstly Lisa listened to my plight and issues without judgment, and spoke in language I could understand and was sympathetic to my plight. Because of the gravity of the situation I was uncertain the direction I should go, and despite not fully instructing Lisa off the bat and dragging my heels after a couple of weeks, Lisa offered me a further phone consultation with her colleague more specific to my case, namely a family law partner, so we could get into some finer details to see if they could help me further. Again this was a very informative and helpful conversation, there was no pressure they listened and gave sound advice of which was stuff I did not know about or understand and this was explained to me clearly. Whilst as I write this I never proceeded with action using Pharaoh as my solicitor this was due to financial issues my end, at no point was I made to feel I had wasted their time. Lisa even checked in on me a month after the initial consultation to see if I am ok. From my experience Pharaoh Law Solicitors & Mediator will do whatever it takes to serve your needs, in a sympathetic and professional manner.
