I cannot thank John Clarke from Wolferstans enough. John helped me and my daughter ensure that the letter of wishes was honoured by two of my siblings. I was not confident that my siblings would honour my deceased parents letter of wishes and so decided to instruct the probate services that Wolferstans provide. John Clarke was immensely helpful incredibly insightful and very knowledgeable. He ensured that enough pressure was applied to the other side. Thankfully my siblings decided not to fight and I was instructed carefully and thoroughly by John of what would need to come next should they decide to defend their position and a rough idea of the additional costs involved. Deciding to instruct a solicitor for probate issues does not come cheap. The service is provided by John at Wolferstans were in my opinion far superior than if I had gone to another solicitor. Although they are not a cheap solicitor, they are thorough and extremely professional at all times. Thankfully, my mother’s and father’s estate is now successfully distributed.
