Transferring a Residents Management Company to a whole new set of people was far more complicated than I realised. Thankfully with the help of Louise Yearley initially and subsequently James Portman and Matthew Mulchinock this process was completed in as timely a manner as possible. I particularly appreciated the regular updates as to the progress being made and the professional manner in which this was undertaken. Everything was clearly explained at each step of the process.
