TERRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, HARASSES YOU THE DAY AFTER YOU ACCIDENT THEN RINGS YOU 4 TIMES A DAY AFTER YOU POLITELY ASK THAT THEY GIVE YOU A FEW DAYS!!! I HAD TO BLOCK THE NUMBER!!! THEN I SENT BIRTH CERTIFICATES FOR A PREVIOUS CLAIM AND THEY RETURN MY BIRTH CERTIFICATES BENT UP AND DID NOT SEE A ISSUE WITH THAT!!! THE MANAGER SOUNDED JUST AS TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AS THE STAFF!!! THEY NEED TO STOP TRADING, THEY APPEAR TO BE VERY DESPERATE FOR CLAIMS AND ONLY INTERESTED IN MAKING MONEY OFF OF THERE CLIENTS!!! DO NOT EXPECT SUPPORT, UPDATES UNLESS YOU CHASE THEM AND SUPPORT IS NOT AN OPTION!!!! IF MONEY IS YOUR ONLY INTEREST THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU!!! DONT BOTHER SPEAKING TO EMMA THE MANAGER AS IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND I CAN NOW SEE WHY THE STAFF ARE THE WAY THEY ARE!!!!

Massive thanks to Ryan, Emma and the girls at Robert James solicitors. After finishing work with the news from a neighbour that my car had been involved in a hit and run I dreaded getting home to see what had happened. Coming home to see your car parked outside your home in that state it was in, with the driver at fault not taking no responsibility for what they had done, I was devastated. If it wasn’t for a group of 3 girls who had seen the accident happen and luckily worked at the firm of solicitors over the road. I wouldn’t be able to get my insurance claim as far as it has went, to better my unfortunate situation. The 3 girls couldn’t get much description like, a registration of the lorry but carried on to do the right thing. They left a note on my car and even knocked around at neighbours to see if anyone knew who’s the car was or had seen what happened. Only having the note the girls gave me I went straight over to the solicitors office where I spoke with Ryan, the director of the solicitor company. Ryan was very understanding and said he would do his best and check any camera footage at the time of the incident. The next morning I went back over to the solicitors office hoping they had cctv or information for me to try and progress my claim as I had nothing at this point. I spoke with Emma the manager. Where she welcomed me right in to her office to sit down and have a chat about what had happened and made me feel at ease. Out of the goodness of her own heart she helped me with cctv footage. Witness statements from her colleagues and also pointing me in the directions on what steps to take next and how to take the correct approach. With all the information I had gathered it had put me onto the right track in getting myself out of an unexpected awkward situation. Anyone looking for the right team for non fault accidents or accidents at work. I would highly recommend Robert James solicitors for a breeze through stressful predicaments. Also this wasn’t a first. a while back when our dog was only a puppy and put herself on the missing list we were able to find her through a Facebook post that same day, she didn’t make it far but she made it to the safe hands of Emma and her team at the solicitors who retrieved her back to us. Neighbourhood hero’s!
