Restrictive Covenant Dispute
Joanne Ellis provided great support throughout what was a lengthy and complex dispute . Joanne is a very professional operator - without her wise counsel from our first point of contact to conclusion of the case , we would have found ourselves in an invidious position . Her calm , authoritative, measured approach were much needed and very welcome during an extremely stressful situation .

Dispute Resolution with Tenacity!
I was involved in a long running dispute re trees causing damage to my property, but the Local Authority failed to engage and resolve the matter. Initially the services of another firm of solicitors were employed, but the solicitor never once spoke to me and other than writing to the LA, they did not further the matter when the LA failed to respond to them. Consequently the case was taken over by Joanne Ellis at Stephensons Solicitors. Joanne regularly updated myself and when necessary ,we had Teams conference with experts whose opinion was sought in the case . Joanne is clearly an expert in her field, and she was tenacious and was very instrumental in advancing the case. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stephensons Solicitors, and in particular Joanne Ellis.

Land Dispute
Joanne Ellis has been helping us with a very complex and difficult land dispute between a block of apartments and an adjourning landowner. This has been very stressful for residents and Jo's expertise and forthright approach has helped us enormously get to a result that we are all happy with. I would highly recommend Jo. She is very pragmatic, lovely to deal with and most of all, extremely knowledgeable in her field of law.

Game changing expertise
Joanne Ellis provided the exact expert advice and instruction to me to help me end a 6 year dispute regarding neighbouring dangerous trees.
Without her input, I would just have been another layperson trying to get the council to intervene without success. Often, it pays to invest in a good solicitor to elicit action , so it is money well spent.
Thanks so much for being professional attentive znd value for money!
