Hard to contact, failure to acknowledge emails, failure to call back on numerous occasions. One email from my buyers Solicitor sent to RAW on 28th Nov, I received copy 14th Dec, replied back to numerous points same day. My replies were not forwarded onto buyers Solicitor until Jan 21st, an incredible 55days lapse. In total it took 123days for final completion & this from a cash buyer. Got there in the end however I feel if RAW had been more efficient weeks of stress could of been avoided.
