Highly responsive and professional
We had the pleasure of having Martin Dewar as our solicitor on the sale and purchase of our property.
He was highly responsive and extremely professional on all accounts and was incredibly patient in dealing with us even though we would constantly call and email him multiple times a day. He was never rude and always gave us the time to answer all our queries and concerns. We were constantly kept up to date on all correspondences and was given sensible advise due to his great legal knowledge. I genuinely believe that we would have not been able to complete on our sale and purchase if it wasn't for Martin. He was incredibly calm whilst being proactive and this is something that all clients need when your feeling stressed and anxious in the residential market.

Buy/Sell Conveyancing
Martin acted for us in relation to a buy and sell side transaction. From the outset the timeliness of the interactions, quality of advice and the push to get to completion were excellent. Martin was always accessible to field any queries or concerns and managed our needs with upmost professionalism, quality of knowledge and approachability that we had expected. Although the fees were at the higher end for similar purported services in the market the relatively small difference given scale of expense and in comparison with the experience that we saw within the overall chain only further demonstrated the value we received from such a professional. Absolutely delighted with the outcome and with the service received.

Best solicitors in Kent, bar none!
After two abortive attempts to sell my leasehold property (one using a firm recommended by the estate agents) Martin Dewar of TG Baynes stepped up to the plate and completed the sale. Martin in particular acted at all times with absolute calm and professionalism in dealing with my sometimes frantic concerns. This wasn't a straightforward sale because the freeholders were obstructive and hostile. If Olympic gold medals could be awarded then Martin would definitely be standing on the centre podium!

Great house purchase
We have just completed purchase of a house with Martin acting as our conveyancer. He was fantastic throughout the process, always being clear and responsive to enquiries and making the whole process incredibly straightforward. I would use him again without any hesitation!
