Hi,

Iā€™d just like to say that as an estate agent we normally dread working with solicitors but Lucy Cobb is like a breath of fresh air.

Slow and expensive

Took 7 months to complete a purchase of a no chain property that my parents owned and the final bill was almost double the original quote. The solicitor we dealt with had no motivation to get anything done quickly, and it only went through eventually after we had to chase other parties ourselves.
