Conveyancing for selling and buying property

A very smooth and professional service throughout. Was kept fully informed of all developments each step of the way. Megan was just brilliant and very knowledgeable in conveyancing especially for new build property purchasing. I used TG Baynes for a previous matter and can honestly say I cannot fault the firm. Despite moving away from where they are based, I would not hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work. ,šŸ˜€

The best solicitor EVER

Hi,

Iā€™d just like to say that as an estate agent we normally dread working with solicitors but Lucy Cobb is like a breath of fresh air.

Sheā€™s consistent, reliable and one of the best solicitors I know and thatā€™s why I trust her with all of the conveyancing for all the properties I have.

I always recommend her to family and friends and I really hope that she never leaves this firm and that she gets the biggest pay rise possible.

Thanks again Lucy you are an angel.

Thanks for Exception Service

My husband and I wanted to extend our sincere gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Rachel Lobo during our recent house purchase and the previous aborted one.

Rachel's guidance and support gave us confidence and peace of mind during the entire process.

We will not hesitate to recommend her services to friends and family.

Slow and expensive

Took 7 months to complete a purchase of a no chain property that my parents owned and the final bill was almost double the original quote. The solicitor we dealt with had no motivation to get anything done quickly, and it only went through eventually after we had to chase other parties ourselves.

Highly recommended.
I went to Martin and team at TG Baynes when I purchased Oak Road in 2019 and re-engaged for the sale of Oak Road and Purchase of Barley close. All in all the service provided then and now was impeccable and had everything covered from start to finish.

Having worked with Martin and the team over the past year or so on various matters I can highly recommend the services of TG Baynes. Communication was excellent and speedy (an experience I haven't had previously with other conveyancers) and overall very helpful and informative. I will certainly be using TG Baynes again in the future.
