Amazing service! Family have used this solicitors for many years my first time buying a property and was support by Wendy who was amazing and listened to 1000s of questions I asked her constantly never had to chase for updates she was the best and so responsive and most helpful throughout the whole time we wouldn’t of coped with out Wendy at all!

Responsive conveyancing service
Wendy from GWL helped deal with the conveyancing of my late mothers property that was sold this year. The sale had complications due to some issues with the property developer that built the house, but Wendy worked very hard to deal with the issues and allow the sale to progress, even dealing with emails while she was away on holiday at times!
This is the second time I've, and had GWL help with property sales. Both times they have been much more responsive than other solicitors/lawyers firms I have dealt with in the past.

Meticulous and Quick
We used GWL for the selling and buying of our properties. We've had Wendy work with us for a number of months now and as someone who has not really used a solicitor before, we have found Wendy and the team at GWL very easy to work with - which is what you need!

Diligent and knowledgeable
I was put at ease during my fathers grant of probate process which was broken do into manageable sections which made it easier to complete. The team where friendly.

Exceptional service
Wendy Rintoul goes above and beyond for her clients. We sold our old property and purchased our new home with Wendy as our advisor. Nothing was too much trouble. Paperwork was issued when we were told it would be, we were kept up to date with the progress of the sale / purchase of the properties and Wendy was a true professional throughout.
We were so impressed with the service that was provided that we have now engaged her to do more work on behalf of our family.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend GWL if all members of the team are as dedicated.

Wills
Both my parents and myself wanted to change our wills so I contacted Wendy Rintoul, who I have used previously. From start to finish, she was highly responsive, professional and knowledgeable. She made three home visits to my parent's home to go through the process and offer advice. I would highly recommend Wendy.
