In personal injury cases, Fiona has extensive experience in head injury and other serious injury cases as well as dealing with a wide range of serious personal injury cases, from road traffic accidents to accidents at work and accidents in public places. Fiona regularly deals with high value claims involving complex liability and quantum issues. She is committed to getting the best outcome for her clients especially on complex cases which often take a long time to come to a conclusion. Fiona has a particular interest and extensive experience in head injury claims cases and is a proponent for using the Rehabilitation Code, a framework for claimant and defendant representatives to work together on a collaborative basis, to address rehabilitation needs outside of the litigation process. Fiona predominantly works from our Torquay office but is also available to meet with clients in our Exeter, Plymouth and Totnes offices. In addition, she offers video appointments and home visits.

    Great service throughout.

    I was involved in a bicycle accident resulting in significant injury to my hand. I had to have a lot of time off work and being self employed with a young family was extremely worrying.
