I worked with Megan and her team to sell my old house and buy my new home. Solicitors often have a reputation for being difficult to get hold of, but that couldn’t have been further from my experience with Megan. She was responsive at every stage of the process. Although there can be a lot of waiting during a property transaction, there were never any delays on our side. Megan kept me updated, even if there wasn’t much to report, just to let me know we were still waiting on information from the other solicitor. What really stood out was that Megan was proactive throughout. She constantly chased the other parties, pushed for dates to be agreed and did everything she could to keep the process moving forward. There were times when it was quite stressful, but I was always able to speak directly with Megan - she was a calm breath of fresh air, and always reassured me and put my mind to ease. She explained complex legal terms in a way that was easy to understand, and I always felt that she had my best interests at heart. I honestly didn’t realise a solicitor could provide this level of customer service. Megan and her team went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home. You won’t find better service.
