dispute matter with local hobby club
In my dealing with the company pre pandamic (covid19) they had a good grasp of the issues and potential follow-ups - however the pandamic and lockdows over 18months to two years meant that it was not tangable to persue the matter further as things had moved on - and any further action would not have been effective in terms of outcome and costs. It was one of these cases where you had to strike while the iron was hot, as peoples memories and recal would have faded with time. So it was decided to drop the case, however I think that if the case had progressed then company would have represented my side of the dispute in professional and assertive manner - which would have resulted in satisfactory outcome.
