Charles is a solicitor in the firm's Corporate & Commercial team, specialising in a range of areas including business acquisitions and disposals; corporate reorganisations; corporate restructuring; corporate finance; corporate governance; and contracts and commercial agreements. Charles also regularly works with the firm's sports law clients, with a focus on governance, marketing, merchandise and finance.
