    David Little's Team (Charles Wilson as lead solicitor)

    I was referred to David by a mutual contact as needed expert advice on a Share Purchase Arrangement due to a sale of my business. Charles Wilson took the lead and is an excellent communicator with an eye for the detail. Charles explained all of the warranties, indemnities and clauses in a way I understood and kept in constant contact throughout. He negotiated well with any points we didn't feel were fair.
