Alice is an Associate Solicitor in our Trusts and Estate department based in Cobham. Previously she worked as a Chartered Legal Executive for 2 years, specialising in the drafting of wills, probate and trusts. Alice has experience working in a range of private client work including lasting powers of attorney, the administration of estates and inheritance tax planning. She combines technical knowledge and critical problem solving with practical, pragmatic and clear advice. Her approach recognises the sensitive nature of her work and the need to help clients navigate complex legal challenges in difficult times. Prior to pursuing a career in the law, Alice worked in Parliament before moving into industry where she worked with large, global businesses as well as small SMEs advising on a range of legal and regulatory matters
