Your firm charged a reasonable fee, and although it might be slightly higher than others, the fee is 100% worth it. You took over from another solicitor/ conveyancing firm that dropped our case, due to the fact that the deposit came from a high risk country. Your firm handled our matter nevertheless, and your staff were efficient and professional. Very satisfied, staff were in constant contact with us throughout the process. I love the fact that your firm is racially diverse in terms of staff and solicitors. The service we were provided was also excellent. Susan and Madalina were fantastic. They both answered emails almost immediately. They are absolute gems! Huge thank you to Susan and Madalina.
