Hannah obtained a Law degree (BA Hons) in 2016 and completed her LPC in 2018, obtaining a distinction. Hannah qualified as a solicitor in 2022 and prior to joining McAlister Family Law, Hannah worked in a Legal 500 Tier 1 family department of a law firm in Liverpool. Hannah’s remit includes all areas of private family law, with a particular focus on children matters. Hannah has experience in dealing with the more complex elements of private children proceedings to include cases involving the appointment of a children’s guardian, allegations of domestic abuse and finding of fact hearings, international relocation and parental alienation. Hannah is a member of Resolution which is reflective in her approach to dealing with cases. Hannah is also a Resolution accredited specialist in both Private Children Law and Domestic Abuse. Hannah is passionate about the work that she does and prides herself in helping clients through what can often be a difficult and emotional time in their lives through her sensitive yet pragmatic approach.

    Hannah is an outstanding solicitor. She has helped me through a myriad of complex challenges as I navigate my way out of a very difficult family situation.
