Lindsey joined Hibberts' Private Client team in January 2022 bringing over 30 years' experience in the field, having previously practiced as a Solicitor and partner in 2 North Staffordshire law firms. Lindsey qualified as a Solicitor after gaining a law degree from Birmingham University and completing the professional exams at Chester College of Law. She is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners. Lindsey deals with most areas of Private Client work - Wills, Trusts and Inheritance Tax Planning; the administration of estates and Elderly Client Services. She has a particular interest in dealing with contentious issues within the field, linking in with the firms litigation team. Outside of work Lindsey enjoys family time, now monopolised by young children. She enjoys gold, walking, travelling and meeting friends.
