Kiran completed her law degree at the Aston University in 2020, achieving a first class honours, before becoming a Litigation Paralegal for a Birmingham Firm. She later commenced her LPC & LLM Masters in September 2021 at the University of Law, Birmingham, achieving a Distinction. Following this, Kiran commenced her training contract in September 2022, firstly within the Corporate team (working alongside Clare Lang, Partner and Head of Division) where she assisted on various corporate transactions. Kiran then continued her training contract within the Commercial Litigation team (with Samuel Pedley, Partner and Head of Division) and the Family team (with Katherine Tippetts, Partner and Head of Division). Kiran qualified in March 2024 and has now returned to the Corporate team in Birmingham, working alongside Laura Charles (Corporate Partner).

    MBO of local accountancy practice.

    MFG supported with an management buyout of a local accountancy practice employing c.40 people. I found them to be a very professional and practical firm of advisors. We faced a number of challenges during the work including timing, additional requests from the vendor and management of material legal clauses being inserted late in the process. MFG were very quick in their responses to these points and were the driving force in supporting to reach a practical agreement on a number of challenging points. I found them to be very responsive, being driven and determined to resolve issues on the deal and ensure that a positive outcome was achieved.
