Excellent Service
Having not moved house and used conveyancing services for over 25 years, we were not looking forward to our move from a legal perspective, given previous issues. However Lucy, Elizabeth and the whole team were excellent, comms were good and timely and they really took the stress away. Would recommend without hesitation.

House Purchase - Great Job
Had an awkward and protracted property purchase which Lucy dealt with superbly and kept on top of the curve as well as chasing all other parties for them to do their bit over a long period of time. Works flexibly and uses common sense which is a breath of fresh air, in order to get my completion done.

Excellent service
Dealt with Vincent Sykes for a house sale through probate, found all staff very pleasant and helpful whilst waiting for probate to come through. House sale completed quickly with no hassle or complications and found fees reasonable overall experience excellent and would deal with again and recommend.

Property Sale

So helpful for a first time buyer!
As a first time buyer who knew very, very little about the process of buying a house (especially all the legal bits) the work done by Lucy at Vincent Sykes has been so appreciated, I was able to ask questions when I needed and she was always quick to answer and really helpful. Great communication and really clear instructions when necessary which is important for me :)

First time purchase
Lucy was incredibly professional and kept a level head throughout the whole process. We did reach some roadblocks here and there but Lucy dealt with them all to an incredible high standard. She kept me and my partner informed throughout.
