Couldn’t recommend these enough what an absolute pleasure for them to represent us, so professional, brilliant price worth every penny. So efficient from start to finish, always ahead of them game well prepared and ready. Anything I ever needed they got on it straight away and were there at the end of the phone. So pleased we went with them, Gillian and Charlotte are a credit to this company

Thanks for the 5 stars Pamela!
I sadly had to sell my late parents home. It was my childhood home too so naturally it was a very difficult time for me. Having used Gillian Haines and her wonderful team Charlotte & Carrie previously there was no hesitation when looking for a Conveyancing Team to look after the house sale. I contacted Gillian at EMG Solicitors in Darlington and she said they would be happy to deal with everything for me. From start to finish the care and attention that I received from Gillian and her team was second to none. Gillian went over and above a week before legal completion took place to help sort out issues further down the chain. Gillian was on top of everything from start to finish. Gillian and her team kept me fully updated regularly by email and telephone calls. I could not have got through this difficult time without the love and care I received from Gillian, Carrie & Charlotte. I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for your lovely review Pamela!
Fantastic experience with Gillian, Carrie and the team for our house purchase. Everything done so quickly and really patient with me when I didn't quite understand some of the documents fully. So efficient in fact that a member of my family is jealous that we got our house finalised before them and haven't been round to visit since which is definitely worth a 6 star review!!
