Oversaw the sale of a Grade 2 listed apartment with a complex freehold and leasehold structure. Then supportrd the rapid purchase of a local property. EMG,s questionnaire is frustrating, it trlls you something is wrong but gives little information on what, the only way to complete it is to give inaccuarate responses to irrelevant questions.

Fantastic experience with Gillian, Carrie and the team for our house purchase. Everything done so quickly and really patient with me when I didn't quite understand some of the documents fully. So efficient in fact that a member of my family is jealous that we got our house finalised before them and haven't been round to visit since which is definitely worth a 6 star review!!
