Used a wonderful lady called Carly Arthur, really down to earth, knowledgable and switched on. Easy to park and in a nice part of Northampton. Lady behind reception is chatty, nice to look at and talk to. On the whole the experience was very nice and I came away with a warm feeling inside, knowing that things will get actioned.

Commercial Property work
Carly is a star and has helped us enormously with our varying complex commercial property matters. She has always been so professional and helped us through some difficult transactions. Her technical skills are excellent, and she has been so easy to deal with. She has been supporting our property investment business for years now and we are very happy with her service. I would recommend her whole heartedly. She is brilliant!

Sale of the Old School Works Aspley Guise
Given the challenges of the sale process we found Borneo Martell supportive during this stressful process.
Nothing is easy and they helped through all of the requirements and the support required to achieve the end result.
Notwithstanding the incompetence of the purchasers "Solicitors" only a pro active purchaser and a keen seller was able to drive this process at every turn.
Borneo Martell were there to ensure correct actions taken and to guard for any of the pitfalls so often open to the individuals involved.
We are pleased to have reached a successful conclusion.
