Jennifer was absolutely brilliant when handling our family claim against the insurance company of the person who killed my daughter. I approached Jen following a recommendation by a friend. Throughout the process of my cosmetic claim, she has been knowledgeable, approachable, realistic, and is clearly an expert in her field. She kept me updated with any news, and was tenacious in dealing with the cosmetic company and their insurer. I really appreciate her hard work and client service skills. I would absolutely recommend Jen to any person who has used a product that has caused cosmetic damage. I had zero expectation of a positive outcome, and had only hoped for reimbursement of some outlays. Jen secured much more than that, and I’m very grateful.

From my initial contact with Thompsons through to the satisfactory outcome of my claim I have been nothing but impressed by the clarity and professionalism of Jennifer and the team. Jennifer was able to set my expectations early as to both the process but more importantly the potential protracted timescales in making a claim and anticipated outcomes. it's very evident that a lot of detailed information gathering takes place in the background and detail of the circumstances and the impact of the claimant but also those directly impacted by in this case my incapacity.
