I cant recommend this company enough! they are a very professional firm . After I came out of the Intensive care unit I contacted them and Ralph pretty much came to visit me straight away in the hospital. Everything these days has waiting times. But no not here my case was dealt with straight away. This firm got the ball rolling. Ralph was amazing like I said firstly visited me in the hospital and stayed in touch throughout . Then went on to visiting me at home at every appointment until I was well enough to go and visit him in his office. He arranged appointments with specialists and also CBT therapy which were a fantastic help to me in my recovery. Communication was second to none, always keeping me up to date both via phone and email with how my no fee claim was progressing. The outcome for me was my claim was resolved successfully.

Having been involved in a non-fault, high impact, traumatic RTA, I contacted ASD – they were local to Sheffield, offered a ‘personal’ service, their reviews were amazing, and I felt I owed it to myself to engage with the best; I was not wrong!
Following my initial on-line enquiry, Chris Chappell quickly made contact and came to visit me at home, which was perfect, given my injuries were fairly debilitating. Chris arranged a consultation with an independent orthopaedic medic, who also identified my need for psychological therapy, in addition to physiotherapy. Both were set up, on my behalf, by ASD.
My case was passed to Ralph Clark, who has been absolutely wonderful, often responding to my emails out of hours. Every stage of my claim was explained, and I was consulted prior to Ralph instructing further medical experts, arranging appointments for assessments, in addition to further therapy sessions, and hosting a meeting with a Barrister.
Ralph’s expertise is outstanding – he has supported and guided me through some major decisions and brought my claim to a very successful conclusion. I truly cannot thank you, Chris, and all the team at ASD, enough.

Excellent help from Ralph
Ralph Clark helped me with a query regarding a follow-up matter. This was quite sometime after my previous case closed (very successfully) with his colleague Richard Meggitt. Richard had offered me future guidance on a separate matter, that was ongoing after my ASD case closed. Richard's prior litigation in my personal injury case was excellent; I 5* reviewed Richard in the past.
