Deborah Trott dealt with my matter, she was amazing from start to finish, we were nervous first time buyers but she was there for us every step of the way. Replies were exceptionally quick, we would highly recommend using this firm for your conveyancing needs, there report we received was really detailed and Deborah raised queries we wouldn't have even thought to ask about

Deborah was very thorough in doing research and getting lots of information about the property which I have purchased. There were lots of documents relating to servicing and inspections. She asked relevant questions of the Management Company and was able to get more inspections carried out ( asbestos and fire) Communication over the three or four months of the process was good. Quicker conformation of payment for the property would be reassuring in future, though I understand that moving large amounts of money around is something Solicitors, Bankers and Conveyancers are used to ( unlike ordinary people) All in all an excellent service.
