There is nothing more important than your health, and everyone deserves the best medical treatment. Sadly, when this does not happen, the results can have a devastating impact not only on you, but also on your loved ones. Too often I see the feelings of patients are forgotten in a medical setting; I am passionate about being an advocate for those who have come to harm, through no fault of their own. I take pride in helping people to understand what has gone wrong with their medical treatment and achieve the necessary compensation to get their lives back on track. The legal process is not easy – or user friendly – so clients can be confident that I will listen to them, understand their concerns, and provide guidance to help put things right. I have supported many people through various issues – from fertility treatment and inquests, to delayed cancer diagnosis and fatal incidents. I also work closely with and fundraise for Footsteps, a local bereavement support service. Outside work, I love to read classic romance novels; I re-read Pride and Prejudice at least once a year!
