Zoe Harker-Smith is a solicitor in our Civil Litigation department. She deals with a variety of civil disputes and professional negligence claims, as well as Continuing Healthcare cases. Zoe has practiced as a solicitor in civil dispute resolution since she qualified in 2013. She has gained experience of both claimant and defendant work and is adept at identifying the issues and providing clear, succinct advice. She has previously worked for a number of years in the field of occupational disease for a leading defendant firm, dealing with complex and high value claims. Her civil litigation work includes advising on contractual disputes, property/boundary disputes, beneficial ownership and property claims, debt recovery action, consumer action, landlord and tenant matters, enforcement proceedings and Continuing Healthcare claims. She also handles professional negligence cases, including claims against surveyors, structural engineers, architects, solicitors and veterinary professionals.
