Motorbike accident
Was recommended to use higgs by my dad. At first I went through Laura, who then went on maternity leave. My case was then picked up by Steven who assured me he would do everything he can to get a great result. I am happy with my result and had all my queries answered straight away in a way I understood.

Brilliant and professional service during a difficult time.
My father was hit by a car and seriously injured. Higgs LLP and Steve Santy, successfully completed a claim on my father’s and my family’s behalf, against the drivers insurance company.
The service we received from Higgs LLP was excellent, Steve is a consummate professional and provided support and advice throughout the case and during my father’s journey to recovery. Higgs LLP also provided a case advisor to ensure that my father received all the necessary medical support possible to aid his recovery. Both Steve and the case advisor were extremely knowledgeable, professional and supportive throughout the process.
Queries were always answered clearly and promptly. My fathers claim has now been settled, we are very happy to recommend Higgs LLP.

They go above and beyond!
Right from the start they lined up things to help with my recovery. They got me a Electric Wheelchair within a week from first contact. They also got two companies to help me with my recovery. Both companies they used were very professional and really helped with my recovery for things like physio and getting me into a private hospital!
I was able to have direct contact with my lawyer and he was brilliant! Very caring and often checks up on me and how I am? Kept me up to date with everything.
I couldn't of asked for a better lawyer than Steve Santy! He was a pleasure to work with 😃?
As my accident was clear cut and she accepted liability Higgs LLP reduced the 25% fee to 15% !!
I can't see any other company reducing their fee!
They also gave me a £250 good will gesture by not doing a sane day transfer from the interim payment they got me, it was only a 3 day wait! They didn't have to do this but it was much appreciated 😃?
Steve Santy negotiated with her insurance company and managed to get them to increase offer 4 times! I was happy with the final settlement, especially only paying 15% out of it too 😃?
I would highly recommend this company to anyone, they're simply amazing from start to finis
