Easy, Efficient and Effective
I didn't want to make a Will but needed to. Jane at Maples made the process easy and clear. She took the time to include all the details I wanted, which was really important to me. I wanted to get things right. Jane completed her part quickly which enabled me to go at my own pace, sometimes I needed more time, on another occasion things needed completing by a fast approaching date. I would highly recommend this service.

The overall experience was professional friendly and concise. However there was a problem with communication due to a fault with the telephone system which was being addressed at the time. Communication by email was prompt and polite.

The importance of having Lasting Powers of Attorney, registered
Realistically there comes a time in your life, when if you are sensible you realise that now's a good a time as ever, to get the paperwork done and registered with the Office of the Public Guardian, for Powers of Attorney. Make a will, absolutely must do; LPA's for some peace of mind, too. For this process a trustworthy Solicitor with experience is a must. No political bias, but the OPG, Government Department, were in my opinion, total inept. A 5 month process actually took from November 2022 until August 2023, OPG "lost" some of my paperwork!

Highly Recommended
I was impressed with the service provided by Maples Solicitors regarding my Will. Jane Mawer was very clear friendly and efficient, she gave me straightforward and easy to understand advice, it was clear and precise. The receptionist was friendly and helpful too which puts you at ease. I would highly recommend Jane and should I need to use a solicitor again it will be Maples.
