Anthony Willis is a Senior Associate Solicitor in BHP Law’s Employment team, based in Newcastle. He is a highly experienced employment lawyer advising both employers and employees on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Anthony acts for a wide range of clients, from individuals and senior executives to owner-managed businesses and corporate organisations. He is known for his pragmatic, commercially focused advice and his ability to guide clients through complex workplace issues with clarity and confidence. He has extensive experience in Employment Tribunal litigation and regularly represents clients in claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and TUPE.
