I found Akilah and especially her probate assistant, Shelagh, very helpful throughout the whole process. Both were friendly, approachable and professional. Despite the difficulties and additional problems that were thrown up by the pandemic scenario, together with the frustration of third party issues beyond their control, any questions I had were quickly responded to, and, where needed, chased up, promptly.

Akilah and her team dealt with everything (wills and power of attorney) in a very efficient and professional manner displaying great courtesy and thoroughness in explaining the processes involved. This also follows on my previous experience with Daniel O'Doherty which was also of an excellent standard. Well done to everyone concerned.

I received an appointment quickly at a time and branch to suit me. I was made to feel welcome , comfortable and at ease. I haven�t had a will before but everything was explained clearly enabling me to feel far less daunted than I had imagined. A few days later I received a draft copy after which I made a second appointment to return to the office to have my will signed and witnessed. All in all a pleasant, professional service. Thank you.

We had our Wills managed by Akilah, it was a very smooth process and we were very happy with the service provided. The team we clear about the process and fees from the start, which was great as it was the first time we’d done our Wills. The meeting with Akilah was again very smooth, she guided us through things so we understood it all and gave us time to think about decisions. Overall, a great experience!
