Douglas Crombie lied in relation to a statutory declaration, reneged on an agreement in relation to the continued occupation of a family home then in an attempt to cover his tracks, engaged in deliberate divide and rule tactics in an Inherrently toxic female chauvinist environment. His actions led to substantial estate losses, unreconcilable conflict between beneficiaries and a completely unnecessary threat to the health and welbeing of a vulnerable beneficiary.
