We were recommended W & AS Bruce LLP by our estate agent Pam who sold our property. After receiving a very reasonable quote for the conveyancing we agreed to go ahead. At the start we were looked after by Arlene and Caitlin before Janine took over. After a phone call to establish if we had an exchange date from our purchaser it took exactly two weeks from that moment to conclude and receive the payment - it was excellent and without any problems - thank you to you all. We would highly recommend this company.

As first time buyers my wife and I needed a conveyance solicitor so we sent an enquiry email to W&AS Bruce. Responding promptly Omar provided us with clear costings and details of the service that W&AS Bruce would provide. With this detail in hand there was no pushy sales which I particularly like and the decision was left in our hands. Having recieved this level of detail from the outset we were happy to engage the services of W&AS Bruce. Omar and Denise were thoroughly professional throughout the whole process and we could not have been happier. Both were always on hand to answer questions, help with additional requests and on point with all the legal documentation. Even when there was a slight issue last minute on the sellers end, Omar with his experience was able to calm any nerves we had talking us through the process to give us an understanding of the issue and a timeline for it to be resolved. It was this exact reassurance needed at the time.
