Janine, Arlene and the team at W & AS Bruce are truly top class solicitors. They handled my sale and purchase of property excellently, including a few bumps in the road at the end. What I found most impressive was genuinely good communication. When you engage a solicitor for a property sale or purchase I feel like it’s a bit of a ‘known’ thing that they will have poor communication - this couldn’t be further from the truth for this firm. They kept me updated regularly without prompting both via email and phone when things were urgent. I’m very grateful to their diligence, especially Janine, when we faced a banking issue at purchase that delayed things. She personally went above and beyond to solve an issue (which was the banks fault!) trying to find alternative solutions. I am so please I went with this local firm and I’ll be sure to use them for any further legal work I may need in the future. Thank you so much to everyone, especially Janine and Arlene who are absolute credits to the business.
