Myself and my partner sold our house back in September and agreed a purchase on a new property. We decided to use Bachelor Sharp to assist us with this and was assigned to Kieran. We went through 8 months of stress due to issues with our buyer and ended up having to sell to another buyer, however throughout the stressful time Kieran and his team were amazing they caused no delays, did everything promptly and efficiently, remained friendly and professional and always went above and beyond. Communication was a 10/10. I really appreciate all the help and support Kieran and his team gave us throughout this. I would 100% recommend to anyone in need of a reliable solicitor.

This isn’t the first time I have used Kieran and his team, Sally and Nikki who are amazingly kind, professional and efficient, hence I wouldn’t have thought of anyone else when I came to sell my house and purchase my bungalow. In this day and age, it is great to be able to speak to someone in person or on the phone (not a robot), which was always possible and they kept me informed all the way through.. Half way through the sale and purchase, we had some devastating news with the loss of my mum and Kieran, Sally and Nikki all showed compassion, care and patience, nothing was too much bother and they kindly carried on with the sale and purchase with no hassle to me, something I am very grateful for. I would highly recommend Kieran and his team and they so deserve 5 out of 5.

We chose Bachelor Sharp for the sell of our house and purchase of a new house and we had Kieran help us through the process. Kieran and his team were absolutely fantastic throughout what was a very stressful process. Kieran was very friendly and professional. There was never any issue with communication and him and his team always went above and beyond to help us through. Unfortunately we had issues with our buyer but Kieran was always there to help and we appreciate him and the team for all their help as they were always on top of everything and nothing was ever too much. I cannot praise Keiran Curtis and his team highly enough. In my case I had several problems which Keiran went above and beyond to sort out for me. His expertise has been invaluable and I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend to anyone if they want a job done efficiently

Kieran was perfectly friendly and helpful over the phone but the whole process felt super slow and required lots of chasing from us. We also noticed a fair amount of typos and minor errors in the paperwork which doesn't inspire confidence!

The reviews somehow are mixed I expected across the board to be 1 star. There must be some decent people who work here. First off I never instructed Batchelor Sharp (thankfully) to be my conveyancer but unfortunately my buyer did. I'm not a conveyancer myself but I'm assuming 3 months sitting on enquiries is not the norm. Also your own conveyancer being constantly ignored and not responded to is also not normal. Sadly the time it took for a simple FTB no chain purchase took so long that the house we were originally buying the owner no longer wanted to sale us the house. To be fair the total wait to do the transaction at this point was 6 months + with no reason given as to why it took so long. I then came to understand that a family member and a colleague of mine also instructed Batchelor Sharp years ago and had the same experience as my buyer did even my barber when he heard the company name knew them very well too. So read this with caution in mind if you plan on choosing them. If your in no rush and happy for them to take 7 months or so on a simple transaction then they are the ones for you.
