After having not much support Zina helped with everything I requested Zina was supportive and professional the whole time. She gave the best legal advice I could’ve asked For and also the best advice for the situation.i was always kept in the loop frequently updated she made hard times feel easier and almost a relief someone’s there to support everything she’s done was for the best outcome for her client could not have asked for a better solicitor would highly recommend and I would always go back for advice or help if needed. As a first time buyer, I really had no clue what to expect when buying my first flat. Turns out that my seller's estate agent had been forthcoming in some aspects but not in others, least of all the urgency of the situation to sell. They applied incredible pressure on me and made me feel incredibly guilty that the whole chain was about to collapse, until Helena stepped in and shielded me from the stress. She communicated with me regularly and responded swiftly to my never ending questions and I can't thank her enough. She also pushed through a complex Deed of Variation that eventually fell in my favour and meant I could complete on time, which was touch and go for a moment!
