Overall very positive experience with FMG Legal. I had no issue staying in touch with Mandy Turner, the Litigator handling my case and I felt our interactions were concise, well-informed and productive. All correspondence was presented in a way that made a complicated task as simple as possible and feel that the fee was well-earned and justified.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having a non fault accident, this turned into a pleasure to meet (virtually) the FMG New Law Team and especially Joanna. I was quite concerned with the process and what was going to happen, there was plenty going on, repair garage, hire car, medical chats, physio, and then legal stuff, it seemed daunting " was it worth the effort". Well yes quite frankly. FMG in general have a slick operation, an ex colleague of mine actually works there, and he is no slouch himself. They know how to look after people in trouble, so it is no surprise in that case that their choice of solicitors New Law Team knew exactly what they were doing and I was put in touch. Right form the outset, the very first discussion, call, email, I knew what was involved. Pages of details, divided into sections, numbered and referenced for my ease of understanding. Joanna, knows her stuff and although the paperwork was complex concerning legal jargon and terms, Joanna explained it in a very , very easy and manageable manner. I had no issues understanding the options available and also which ones to choose. The direction given and reasoning for the direction was unbiased and based on what was right for me, not the law firm, brilliant , frank and honest. I have great admiration for the work they do and I am absolutely certain their advice, guidance and direction was the best there was and given in absolute good faith for the best outcome for me. Whilst I do not wish to meet them in similar circumstance in the near future, if it happens again, I will not hesitate to maximise their skill, advice and honesty.

Whenever I have contacted the company I am always greeted with a friendly member of staff. Although there has been quite a delay in processing my claim which is often the case with road accident injuries, i've had no complaints with the overall service provided. Also because of the covid-19 pandemic I believe that there has been a shortage of staff with many probably working from home. In view of this, the service has been very good.

FMG were very supportive and kept me up to date through the whole process, would definitely recommend them to anyone.
