From the beggining of my custody trial through to completion Fullers we're outstanding in their knowledge and approach. Every action taken was considereal and lead to an outstanding performance. Even if we didn't win the case, which we did I would still have to write the same as they really were superb. My one and only issue is that of cost. And this can be said of every legal service out there. So whilst I say costs were high, this is not a bad reflection on Fullers.

I started trying to get divorced around 3 years ago and was advised that my £600 fixed fee would cover it all. I have been separated for 24 years with no property or dependents so it should have been a very simple process.
After 2 years I finally complained and asked for my money back because they hadn't even started the proceedings yet they seemed to think I should spend a further £6000 with them on things I didn't need for the divorce.
I asked for a declartation to be processed with the court declaring that I was happy to proceed without the stuff I didn't need and without spending £6000. They told me I didn't need a declaration.
Finally another year went by and they tried again to get me to spend £6000. I refused and this time they produced the declaration they denied me a year ago.
I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Their communication was curt and often made me feel small. I cannot stress enough how awful I feel after 3 years of dealing with this firm.

Before I write how seamless the entire process has been, it’s critical to mention that I am the one who couldn’t formalise a divorce for 13 years. Until Sophie guided me, supported me and led my case from the front. From serving the notice in on of the remotest part of India to proactively addressing all issues, I couldn’t have asked for more.

Amy worked tirelessly on my complex divorce case which involved my adopted son and adult disabled step daughter.
From the outset, guiding me through the minefield of paperwork in family court, allowing me to secure a shared lives with order for my son, through to dealing with my extraordinarily complex financial matters which included the division of a Police pension, Amy delivered clear calm advice and strategy.
The result and outcomes were beyond my expectations. This has allowed me to move forward with my life and once again find happiness and look forward to the future.

I used Fullers law recently to deal with my finances in my divorce. The solicitor subecca sheikh was very understanding and listened to what I needed.
