    Could not ask for a better lawyer

    It was a great expierience. Video call was all good. Asia has helped me understand alot of things. It was great talking to her and if i could choose my lawyer i would definitaly speak to her if needed and availability allows. She was understanding of the situation and has given me great advice with no pressure.

    Help with Family Law Case

    I booked in for the free telephone consultation with Fullers Family Law initially, which I found very helpful. I then paid to open a financial file. I knew what I wanted to achieve in respect of a financial agreement, I just required the assistance of a Solicitor to advise me in respect of that agreement and to implement the same for me through the Court. The Solicitor quickly understood my position and what I wanted to achieve and advised me accordingly. She also assisted insofar as she could with delays with the Court actioning matters, and was persistent on my behalf and reassured me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fullers to anyone in a similar position to myself.

    I contacted a family law solicitor at a very difficult time in my life when I wanted to proceed with a divorce but my husband would not agree. My husband then passed away suddenly and his family were challenging me for custody of our children. It was a hugely stressful and very difficult time for a number of reasons. My solicitor really was a saviour to me, she went above and beyond to assist and support me in every possible way. She was available to me out of hours and made a horrendous situation as straight forward as it could be. In the circumstances I received the best outcome I could have hoped for and everyone is clear as to the way forward legally and where we all stand. I have no words to describe how grateful I am. I am now starting to rebuild my life and move forward.

    Before contacting Fullers, I was on the verge of a breakdown, feeling anxious and worried about how I would cope financially after the breakdown of my marriage.  Initially, I had a free consultation for some advice.  They put me at ease, and I felt there was no pressure financially to instruct at that point.  This gave me time to think about my options.  After some thought, I instructed Fullers to represent me in my divorce and finances.    I had more interaction from my solicitor who dealt with the financial aspect of my divorce as this was more involved and she was fantastic!  I felt we had a mutual ground of understanding and I felt safe with her.  She was very understanding and empathetic.  I had a different solicitor for my divorce matter but as she was on the same team, they both knew what was happening at each stage of my case so it was apparent that the communication within the team was excellent.  I have managed to keep the family home and I am more stable financially and emotionally.  I now feel free and instructing Fullers was worth every penny!

    We have been estranged from our adult daughter for more than three years. Throughout that time we made every attempt possible to open a dialog to enable us to see our five grandchildren. When first speaking to Fullers, we planned on conducting the case ourselves with their guidance. However, our solicitor was so incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in complicated cases such as ours, we realized that handing the case over to Fullers would be a very wise decision.       Only Interested in fees

      Poor responsiveness. Didn't do what was promised on time. Always had to chase for a response, then you are charged for answering your emails. Only interested in theirs fees. Continually fee chasing. Increased fees part way through. Constantly chasing for money on account but don’t have time to respond about your case. Poor attention to detail, as the client I had to point out mistakes several times. Now my file should be closed and balancing fees on account returned. I wonder how long it will take to Receive the money? When they want fees on account they have time to chase every Friday like clock work. I Wonder how many times I will need to chase to receive me funds back? My experience is that this company is very good at fee churning... Not interested in customer service or you as a client at all. I had contact with several people who all acted the same, so It's a cultural issue at this company... Very poor experience all round. Beware!
