Only Interested in fees
Poor responsiveness. Didn't do what was promised on time. Always had to chase for a response, then you are charged for answering your emails. Only interested in theirs fees. Continually fee chasing. Increased fees part way through. Constantly chasing for money on account but don’t have time to respond about your case. Poor attention to detail, as the client I had to point out mistakes several times. Now my file should be closed and balancing fees on account returned. I wonder how long it will take to Receive the money? When they want fees on account they have time to chase every Friday like clock work. I Wonder how many times I will need to chase to receive me funds back? My experience is that this company is very good at fee churning... Not interested in customer service or you as a client at all. I had contact with several people who all acted the same, so It's a cultural issue at this company... Very poor experience all round. Beware!
