Now that our five linked immigration appeals have been allowed, my family and I can finally express the full extent of our gratitude to Legalise It Ltd. It would be impossible to speak honestly about this successful outcome without placing Mr Ghulam Ali Hassan at the centre of our appreciation. In our family’s experience, his work was the principal driving force behind the preparation, structure and overall strength of our cases. From the moment Mr Hassan took responsibility for our files, he began building our cases carefully and methodically from the ground up. He reviewed every file, statement, document and piece of evidence in detail; identified the difficult issues that needed to be addressed; coordinated extensive supporting evidence and expert reports; and ensured that the instructions provided to the experts and counsel were comprehensive and precise. He successfully brought together five complex linked cases while ensuring that the individual circumstances of each person were properly understood and presented. Mr Hassan did far more than complete routine casework. He developed and structured our case so that the evidence, legal issues and human reality of our circumstances could be presented clearly and coherently. The final strength of our case clearly reflected his exceptional judgment, organisation, strategy and extraordinary investment of time and effort. We genuinely believe that the successful outcome owes a very great deal to the way he prepared, organised and brought every element of our case together. Equally important was the humanity with which Mr Hassan treated us. He listened carefully, answered our questions patiently and communicated with us honestly, respectfully and compassionately. He reassured us without ever giving unrealistic promises and remained calm and supportive when we felt frightened or overwhelmed. We never felt like case numbers. We always felt that he genuinely cared about our family and fully understood that our lives and future depended upon the quality of the work being done. We are also deeply grateful to Mr Shakil Shah and the entire Legalise It team for their support and for ensuring that we had the right legal team around us.
