I had a consultation with Asia at a time when I am under a huge amount of pressure. I went into the meeting feeling confused about my position, particularly around the finances, and unsure what my next step should be. I came away genuinely surprised by how much had been achieved in such a short time. She immediately understood the situation, asked the right questions and gave me clear, practical advice. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional, but never made things complicated and everything was explained in a straightforward way. What impressed me most was her ability to see the bigger picture. She quickly identified the key issues, explained what mattered and, importantly, gave me a sense that there was a way forward. After just one hour, I felt calmer, more informed and much more confident about dealing with the situation. That is a real sign of an excellent solicitor. I would have no hesitation in recommending her. She is highly competent, approachable and genuinely listens. Excellent level of service, very prompt, caring considerate, approachable yet professional. Good advice given based on my case and did what was felt best for my wellbeing. They were honest in a subtle way and did what they could based on sensitive information but very little evidence but still managed to protect the witness aka mr. I would highly recommend this company 100%upon contact I was made to feel at ease and I didn’t have to worry enjoy the financial side of things because they reassured me and they did everything which was needed to be done, apply for legal aid, apply for court order etc all I had to do is sit back and focus on what I needed to say and do in court, so once again I thank the solicitor, acting solicitor, assistants & admin etc thank you all!!
