It was the first time my family had to engage with solicitors to represent us in a dispute against an individual. I should like to make it clear from my review of 12 September that my beef with intrusive and persistent requests for reviews of performance is with ReviewSolicitors and not Aristones. There seems to be no mechanism to alter an earlier review, so yet another failing on this site. Aristones are a fine firm and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

My family were in a stressful situation regarding a deed of variation which we were all in agreement with apart from one individual who was failing to understand the consequences of not signing. The clarity of the communication from Patrick eventually achieved the outcome desired in every one’s best interest. Patrick and Jenny were very responsive to any queries. They quickly understood the complexity of the situation and as well as being professional they were sympathetic to the emotional circumstances. My only regret is that I didn’t approach them sooner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aristones or instructing them myself in the future should any such need arise.
