Re-instatement of driving licence following DVLA revocation
We needed a solicitor who could deal with the DVLA after my son's driving licence was inexplicably revoked. (He had held a full licence, without illness, accident, points, etc for 12 years and is in full employment.) In a UK in which 'nothing works', we needed a solicitor who could cut through the failures and delays of the DVLA and the NHS. Michael Phillips had good knowledge of DVLA procedures, offered sound advice, responded immediately to any correspondence and was instrumental in the re-instatement of my son's licence. Thank you!

No Further action outcome for stalking incident
My solicitor, Michael Phillips, was an absolute godsend. I am an Indian immigrant, and I found myself entangled in a rather distressing stalking case with multiple witnesses involved. Michael dedicated countless hours to meticulously gather all the evidence that could support my case. He also provided invaluable assistance in preparing me for the police interview and crafting my police statement. Throughout the entire process, he maintained regular communication with both myself and the police. Thanks to his unwavering support and expertise, the ultimate result was no arrest, and following the interview, the police made the decision that no further action was necessary. I am profoundly grateful for Michael's exceptional assistance.

We approached the solicitors to prepare an appeal against a decision by the DVLA. Michael Phillips provided prompt, personal and efficient advice through a zoom contact. He absorbed our concerns and a great deal of information and distilled it into a case which quickly led to a favourable outcome which we were very happy with.

Excellent service
I used them to assist me to get my driving licence back after DVLA suspended it. They were professional in their approach to me and my issue. At every point they were honest in their view of my chances of success, helpful by explaining what was happening and about to happen, what I needed to do. Their advice resulted I'm sure in gaining a successful outcome in getting my licence re-issued. I would recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.
