Honest advice. Charan Juttla was my lawyer and she was a breath of fresh air.
My experience of family lawyers prior to meeting her was they try to take you and your ex around in circles until they’ve got enough of ‘thier piece of the pie’. Then before it becomes too obvious what they are doing they wind things down and you’re left tens of thousands of pounds worse off in the same situation you would have been without their involvement.
Charan advised me as if her own profits didn’t depend on how much work I gave her - this is the best way I can describe her. Anyone who has had experience of family lawyers in the past will understand just how valuable finding someone who will do this is.
She was very competent and thanks to her I obtained a very favourable outcome in my divorce settlement without having the hugs solicitor fees to go with it.
